April 2025: A Note From Diane Let's start with a deep breath.Now let's focus on something we all love: being outdoors, moving our bodies, letting the wind and sun caress us as we touch boots to Earth. Don't let current events take that away from you. Go for a hike. Go for another hike. Repeat mindfully, joyfully, as often as possible. It's a grand way to channel stress, dump all those useless squirrel cage thoughts, and remember who you are as a hiker. And now, the latest hiking news...
